Omah Alchy

We stayed in these cottages for 3 days and 2 nights during our vacation in Karimunjawa. We were very impressed with the place, for its quiet location, even though it's not far from the city center, the facilities: a private jetty, a private beach, unlimited and free use of canoes, and most importantly, the super friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to Mas Koko for his assistance: he delivered us to and picked us up, arranged our open trip, found us motorbike rentals, helped us find speedboat tickets to Jepara, in addition to providing on-site services (such as providing a breakfast menu, etc.). We booked two rooms, Cendana 01 and 02. Cendana 01 has three beds (a queen-size bed and a single bed) and can accommodate three people. It has a smart TV, Wi-Fi (speed is relatively okay, but we come here not for Wi-Fi, right?), refillable water dispenser, a small work desk, a front terrace facing the waterfront and a back terrace overlooking the pool. The bathroom is semi-outdoor with a hot shower. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you'll need to bring your own. Regarding the AC, we found Cendana 01 to be cooler than Cendana 02 (perhaps this could be a suggestion for management). There are other room types available to suit your preferences, as well as two houseboats. You can check directly via the WhatsApp number listed on Google Maps. Oh, I forgot about the dogs. There are plenty of them roaming around here. Don't worry, they're tame and don't bark. If you feel uncomfortable, you can ask the cottage staff to keep them away. We also had dinner there, and the food was delicious, especially the fried squid and stir-fried kangkung. For breakfast, there are several options (requested the day before). Everything on the menu was delicious (perhaps the pancakes could be thicker...^^). Best of luck to Omah Alchy! If I have the chance again, I won't hesitate to stay there again.

Omah Alchy is the best! We enjoyed our stay here. The service was great, and the facilities were great, including a canoe. The room was clean and smelled great. Maybe the Wi-Fi could be improved, as the connection was poor, but overall, everything was fine. 🫶🏻 I'll definitely come back here if I go to Karimunjawa. Thank you🤗✨

Absolutely stunning. A top recommendation for any vacation in Karimun Jawa. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Omah Alchy offers free canoe rentals. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance to live long enough.

Worth it!!! And the staff was super friendly and kind, even helping me with my bags and taking me to the harbor when I was leaving. Since it's a seaside inn, you can see the sunset beautifully.

Super super worth it for your budget. This hotel feels like you're in Maldives or Raja Ampat with the view that they offer. #ps: Better bring your partner here because the view is so sweet, they also have a bridge that you can use to have a lovely dinner at night.
