I stayed here for 2 nights yesterday and really liked it. The staff is friendly. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the hotel lobby is also beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. The AC is cold. You get drinking water and snacks. Amenities are also complete with hotel slippers and towels 🥰. Oh yeah, there is free coffee and tea from 7 AM to 11 AM 😁 close to everywhere 👍. Next time I want to stay here again if I go to Surabaya.

This one goes without saying, it's the absolute best! I've been a regular here since I didn't have kids until now, and it's always been my top choice for vacations in Surabaya. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they're very approachable when asked for help. I absolutely love this hotel!

When I first opened the room, I was immediately greeted by a large cockroach crawling on the bed, but fortunately the staff was quick to help catch it. So, cleanliness needs to be improved, and the Wi-Fi connection should reach all rooms (I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi during my stay), and the room is not soundproof. For those looking for a budget hotel, this is okay, it's only a 5-minute walk to BG Junction, and you get 2 bottles of drinking water, 2 clean towels, and amenities too.

I've booked here twice. The rooms aren't particularly large, but they're quite adequate. The hotel's strategic location is a plus. Oh, and please don't leave your laundry lying around near the stairs, as it can be distracting.

The location is quite strategic, with many vendors nearby and a mall within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable, smell nice, and the bathrooms are quite spacious. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to Surabaya.

I've stayed here twice. The reception staff is friendly. Rooms priced at 100 thousand +- are great for those who don't like capsule hotels & prefer privacy. There is a TV, but the one I got wasn't working. The bathroom is outside & maybe the room is a bit small/narrow, not a large area, but enough for a shower if someone is of normal weight. The water is flowing smoothly, only plain water. The bedroom when I first entered had a bit of body odor, but when the AC was turned on the smell disappeared. The AC in the room was cold. There were no blankets, so those who get cold easily should bring a blanket. Okay for that price, next time the staff can check the TV first if it's off.
