I stayed there 10 nights, the hotel facilities were good, the reception service was also friendly. Room for 2 people but still spacious so it can enter 4 people. Don't regret it, it's really recommended.

When you first enter the room, it smells bad, the sheets and blanket are dirty and full of stains, the towels are full of holes and dirty, the curtains are very dirty, the water in the sink doesn't come out, there is no water heater in the bathroom, the wifi is slow, it's not soundproof, it's not recommended at all.

This hotel is too bad. It can make guests sick. The pillows are shabby and dirty like the photo above, only wrapped in a shabby cover. The sheets are black and given really shabby towels. The room smells really bad. Oh my God.. The hotel's name is OYO but it turns out that OYO is no longer in Indonesia. This is a complete scam. It doesn't deserve to be a hotel and it doesn't deserve to be a Traveloka partner. Traveloka, which I really trust, how could it be fooled. This is a two-star hotel.. This would be a guesthouse or a guesthouse.

Smelly room, lots of mosquitoes, smelly and dirty toilet. Black water color. Pillows. smell really musty. The sheets were not changed, full of stains from indecent acts. The sheets were torn to shreds. I booked 3 rooms for my family. everyone complained and coughed. Oh my. No parking. Parked on the side of the road. How could Traveloka be so careless... give 2 stars. This is more like a sex hostel. No drinking water, no towels, no soap, etc. Oh my.. Then the hotel number listed on Traveloka turned out to be a scam. The 2 rooms I booked, were successfully paid for through an account, while for 1 room, they asked to transfer the payment to the account he sent. After arriving at the location, it turned out that it was not the hotel's number. The officer said, many people have been cheated, including foreigners. It seems like Traveloka has been hacked. Be careful. Traveloka must be more careful in recommending hotel ratings. For me, this hotel is worth Zero. Not worth operating, and not worth staying in.

Not livable. Needs to be fixed. The good thing is the AC is very cold, but the musty smell is still there and the sink is clogged, and the bathroom is ugly with a broken handle.

The first room given was dirty, dusty, lots of cobwebs, the sink was dead, there was still trash under the mattress. Finally changed to another room which was only slightly better less dust, the walls were not peeling off.

Very humid room. Bad smell. And unfortunately there are no toiletries. There are also no towels, no bath mats, no trash cans, the TV is on but the antenna cable is broken, so it's just an ant picture, the wifi is slow. It's so bad. There are many class prices with complete facilities. Don't go back there anymore. I've been to Surabaya many times and now I'm disappointed.

Doesn't match the photos on Traveloka, dirty rooms like rarely cleaned, sheets and pillowcases are dirty, like used and not replaced, I canceled my stay there after seeing conditions like that, even though I planned to stay 2 nights, it's okay if my money is gone rather than uncomfortable, moreover pandemic situation like now, not recommended?

For the room it happened to get a smelly blanket. And the lights are dark. Pdhl stayed for makeup at the wedding. So you have to use the bright lights. As a result I make up in the hallway because the lights are not bad. The room has a light bulb. Where's the place on the head when it's right? Sm the closet spray. It is too difficult for the hose to enter the hole. The wall also seeps water. Hopefully, repair it again. And always checked. Not just just changing the bed sheets and mopping
