The experience of staying here is quite pleasant and close to the city. The only drawback is that access to the map doesn't fit, so it's difficult to get lost first if an online taxi wants to find a location. Then about the cleanliness of the room, it's just that the pillows aren't clean enough in my opinion because there are spots. But overall it's really recommended to stay here because the people are friendly.

The room was clean, TV and water heater were also worked. It's comfortable as I experienced before. To be honest, the service wasn't really good. The staffs should be trained how to welcome their guests, well manner and grooming.

For a length of stay of 5 days there has been no initiative to offer clean rooms. Mineral water and soap must be requested every day and not delivered to the room, room 5 is difficult to open, hot water is not active and water is dripping constantly from the water heater. hopefully can improve services. Glad to be able to stay 3x here. If I visit Mataram I will return to stay at azzahra guest house
