We ordered 2 rooms. The room with one AC is not maximally cold, the other is the toilet the walls are not full to the top. So if there is something in the toilet the smell enters the room. There is no wardrobe. It seems that the boarding houses were originally built.

The air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is bad (toilet), the water is not smooth, the lights are dim. The CUEK staff employee really doesn't respect the customer, we talk about complaints like being ignored. And hastily gone not listening. Last night I wanted to ask for a room change, it said full, all up and down. In case there are still vacant rooms upstairs. From the moment I arrived at the reception, I had conveyed, asking for a good room and a nice bathroom. Don't worry, just say it's not listened to by the staff, it's not being taken care of. I don't like the staff who are little boys. Less graphics. Indifference and nonchalance are no fun.

With prices that are less satisfying, dirty. The room didn't seem to have been opened long. Even used shampoo / soap bottles were bitten by rats. The towel rack is so dirty that you have to clean it with water wipes many times.
