Buruk bangett, udah kamar nya ga higienis, pelayan nya ga tanggung jawab. Kamar udah di booking malah katanya penuh. Padahal udah bayar, fix kecewa banget.

Facilities are okay, but unfortunately they are not maintained. Musty room. There have been no hotel renovations since the past. Cleanliness is very poor, but not bad for a budget under 100k with AC + water heater + strategic location in the middle of the city + running water.

Coincidentally, I got a room where the AC wasn't cold enough. No amenities, there are used towels and bath soap. Check in took quite a long time but the room was worth the price. Enough to rest while in transit or need a cheap room. The environment is quiet, far from noisy, and if you want to eat, just walk.

1. Resepsionis tidak standby di tempat, tamu yang akan check in harus menunggu dia datang, tidak ada bel di etalase. 2. Waktu check in resepsionis bukan cuma lihat bukti boking dari aplikasi maupun aplikasi lainnya, juga tidak mau hanya lihat screenshot bukti boking. Resepsionis harus lihat bukti laporan dari email kita. Bagaimana kalo kita lupa email, lupa password email, kan jadi repot menghambat proses check in. 3. Harga relatif terjangkau, kalau kita order dengan aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan type kamar yang kita pesan (saya boking bed type standard double, saat check in dinyatakan habis, dikasih standard twin), lokasi strategis, parkiran luas. 4. Bantal OYO tidak lagi warna merah cerah karena kumal bercampur warna kehitaman dan keabu-keabuan tua, baunya sangat pesing pekat, gak sedap dengan hidung, rasa mau muntah. 5. Di hotel SS tidak ada air minum di kamar, tidak ada dispenser air di luar kamar dan lobby. 6. Closed di kamar mandi tidak ada slang untuk pembersih BAB, dan sudah tersumbat kotoran tetap menggenang di closed. Tidak ada sabun, box sabun cair kosong.

WC gak lancar, tempat tidur per nya keluar bikin sakit ke punggung. Yang paling bikin kesal banyak anak-anak yang nginap di sini sangat berisik. Tidak nyaman kita istirahat sangat mengganggu. Ini penginapan umum, apa penginapan anak pesantren ya. Coba kasih standar aturan untuk hotelnya.
