The staff admitted that the accommodation in Blitar was no longer in MOU with the app so they asked for additional costs, after trying other accommodations in Blitar there were no additional costs. As a customer who uses the service, of course, I feel disadvantaged.

The room is different from the picture, when we got there we were asked to pay again. To get an en-suite bathroom. The price listed is for a room without a bathroom. The sheets are dirty and still have stains.

Sampe di tempat di cas lagi karena katanya harga traveloka gak sesuai dengan harganya. Hotel di blitar gak ada harga segitu. Laahh emang itu salah saya. Saya hanya bayar sesuai tagihan yang tertera. Seharusnya kalo memang gak sesuai harganya ya kenapa pihak hotelnya gak ajukan revisi harga ke traveloka? Aneh! Hati² jangan ada yang nginap disitu kalo gak mau boncos dicas lagi. Jadi bayar 2x lipat harga yang tertera di tagihan traveloka.
