Sesampainya di hotel pihak hotel langsung meminta untuk upgrade kamar dengan alasan kamar yang di pesan sudah penuh. Air kecil, sprei, selimut dan sarung bantal kotor. Tv pun dengan kondisi kabel putus. Sangat kurang nyaman.

Kamarnya ga bersih, bau rokok, kamar mandinya juga bau. Pintu dikunci jadi harus cari tempat buat nungguin pintu baru dibukain jam 6 pagi.

I checked in at 18.00 wib, the room had been given to someone else, it was said the room was full. When asked for the hotel's responsibility, he even talked about it. Finally I was given a room where the tv didn't turn on, the room lights and ac didn't turn on. Finally I decided to check out by giving a message at the receptionist, next time don't be like this because I am from out of town suddenly there is no room while I have already booked and paid in full on the application, the room that should be my right, was instead given to someone.

Selimut bau banget. Harga di aplikasi untuk kamar mandi luar, kalau mau pindah kamar mandi dalam tambah 50.000 lagi. Lantai kotor, kamar mandi kotor.

The application says the bathroom is inside, after arriving at OYO it turns out that the bathroom is outside. In fact, asked to add if you want an indoor bathroom.

Prices do not match the application. There is an additional charge of 75k per night. Blankets like no. Never been washed. There are bloodstains. The floor is also rarely brushed with a lot of dust. Especially the bathroom.

There was additional cost for using private bathrooms, the shower can't be used because the pipe was broken so we can only use the water from the tap below.
