Very unpleasant service. Too suspicious of guests. Very curt. I was also asked to pay additional cash, he said local tax. I'm confused about something like that. So I canceled to stay there. But my SIM number has been recorded by the person concerned.

Arriving at the hotel, the door was locked for almost 10 minutes, we waited for the clerk to open the lock. When I checked in I was asked where did I come from, where did I work, where did I go. And have to pay another 15k VAT. The mattress and blankets in the room make itchy and dirty with lots of yellow stains, when I want to check out, there's an insect in the pants that looks like a scorpion and can't go out after 10 pm (the front door is locked).

this hotel is really bad, sheets smell like ketek, soap, shampoo, towels are not standard OYo equipment. got Cass / 50 thousand illegal charges say VAT! I am very disappointed !! not worth mentioning this hotell kost2an !! unprofessional reception !! worst hotell in my entire stay !!
