not value for that money, dirty place,stay 5 night never make up the room properly bedsheets not change.no light on the mirror too dark the room no internet in the room no hot water..and very loud,noisy from the street # 906

Price of the hotel is very cheap, very suitable to me as single traveller. To be honest, I go to medan every month, 5 days each. I always stay in this hotel till the receptionist recognize me. The bad thing is don't expect too much with the cheap price. Every time I stay in this hotel, I always having problem with AC. The last time I stayed is the worst one. AC switch is broken, and it cause I have to stay in the same room with FAN only because they did not allow me to change the room. I ask them to fix the AC, but they did not do anything!!! I stay for 5 days but With AC only for 2 days, the rest was using fan! Second: please bring your own towel, because towel that they provide always has bad smell.. Third: highly suggest to buy room perfume at minimarket, sometimes smell in our room is not good, especially bathroom! Fourth: Please train your employee to not using sandals or shoes while entering guest room! Fifth: Please train your male receptionist to not playing online game while the guest of hotel is talking.. To be honest, last time I stay I am very disappointed.. I hope Hotel Labuhan Raya management can take this seriously, because I am fan of your hotel (till last time I stay) Thanks

the receptionist give my phone number to terrorize me.. So, in the middle of night, I check out from the hotel and stay at the other hotel
