Stiff and unfriendly service, less clean place.

The place is clean, comfortable, safe and cheap. Very recommend.

The rooms are not cleaned when guests arrive, you have to ask first, then the sheets and bed covers are changed. Bad service.

Complicated service is also very unfriendly.

Tempat penginapan yang nyaman dan juga staff yang sopan santun membuat lebih nyaman. Saya sangat menghargainya. Terima kasih banyak.

The AC isn't right, it's very hot. Even though I've been waiting for almost 4 hours, it's still not cold and the bathroom is also a bit smelly without being given mothballs.

Disappointing yes. I came without serving to check in, I was busy in the kitchen behind, at that time even though it was already 14:00. When you enter, you are given two towels, the key is to enter the room, bring a towel. There is also no table in the room, I want to work so I can't, the mint is fixed in the future.

Saya pesan kamar buat rekan saya dari siang hari malam hari jam 20.00 rekan saya mau check in ternyata kamarnya belum siap padahal rekan saya sudah lelah seharian dalam perjalanan dan sampai di penginapan ini harus menunggu lagi buat kamar nya di bersihkan pokoknya ini pengalaman buruk rekan saya menginap di hotel ini.

Pros: - Room size is okay. - 2 wide & soft beds, can roll around. - cold air conditioner. - large wardrobe. - quite a lot of electric plugs. - thick blanket. - clean room. Cons: - the main light in the room was off from the start, when I complained about not buying a lamp (come on, just buy it near there (-.-) so while staying the only light in the hallway is the light in the hallway. - The bathroom has no exhaust or ventilation at all so when I first arrived & opened it smelled great. - The parking lot was chaotic. - The sound of the doorbell of people asking to open the door was quite disturbing because until 2 o'clock in the morning it was still ting ting ting ting tung.

There are no toiletries, such as bath soap, toothbrush and toothpaste.

Very unsatisfactory service. No towels. Basically disappointed.
