The bathroom was dirty, the bed linen was dirty, there were remnants of spots, toiletries were not provided, only a piece of soap. The receptionist asked for extra money because online and offline prices are not the same.

When I checked in I had to pay another 50 thousand I don't know what the policy was from, what was clear was that I had paid in the application, the room was not even available with blankets and towels.
