Receptionis kurang sopan, baru check in sore (15.00) sudah ditanya check outnya pada 19.00, padahal udah terbayar via aplikasi untuk 2 malam jadi dipakai hanya 1 malam saja.

The first time I entered the lobby the smell of cigarettes. Want to enter the hallway, the room is very dirty. There is no hot water. Very bad cleanliness. Not suitable for families. Not like it used to. Please fix it again.

This place looks like under construction, just close for awhile lah because I swear it's very messy, the bed was is not good condition, cheap but I'm sorry it's not recommended

At first this hotel was really my fav when I went to Jogja, yesterday I was really disappointed. It's starting to not take care of it, it's dirty, the room smells, the towels have just been torn. Sheets smell bad. It's a shame even though the cheap price already has swimming pool facilities.

• The swimming pool can't be used, it's better to be informed before ordering if it's under maintenance or something, so expect to be able to swim but don't swim. • Enter the room early that smells of cigarettes. • Extra bed is not the same as extra pillow, I think it should include pillows. • At the beginning of check-in, you are asked for a registration fee and extra bed even though you have already paid for it in the application, it is better for employees to check first.

The lobby smells of cigarettes and is dirty. The bathroom, mattress, pillows, and walls have lots of brown spots. The floor looks like it's never been swept and mopped. But the AC is quite cold 👍.

the room is pretty clean. but at midnight. Suddenly the water didn't work, but the staff immediately responded. there is a small swimming pool and there is no time limit for swimming. wow pretty exciting

Their service was not good. There’s no cleaning room session everyday like standard other hotel. The bed is smelly and uncomfortable to the point that made me get back pain. The air cond was not functioning well too. Hope they can improve their hospitality and be better for the future.

really? they call me for courtesy CO I'm begging for 12.30. they say ok. then they charge me 30%. I'm late because I hv to buy shampoo and soap. they don't provide such things. Towel is awful how many years it wasn't replaced. The key is often stuck. AC doest cool. Wiifii often disconect. Sorry to say, " I'll never come back here".
