1. Service is not friendly and stand by at the receptionist desk so I have to wait quite a long time. 2. Hotel rooms are very unfit to live in, especially beds to rest because the sheets are dirty and untidy when guests arrive. 3. Security is lacking, windows cannot be locked. 4. Bad property, bathroom has no door!

Kamar menginap saat itu juga kotor, lantai tidak dipel, sprei sepertinya tidak diganti karena ditemukan sisa rambut, bercak serta kamar mandi sangat bau, shower rusak, tidak ada air panas. Pintu rusak, banyak sarang laba-laba/sawang di kamar. Good point: ada kantin untuk pesan mie dan menu lainnya, penjaga cukup ramah, parkiran muat mobil.
