I stay here for 2 nights and was a great time good service good food for ala carte menu not from buffet menu because I didn't try it. Also they have pool so you can enjoy and relax too. The location near to the main street so you can easier to find something like food or supermarket. We will come back again as soon as possible♥️

Wonderful hotel with good facilities and kind staff. The breakfast menu also appetizing and tastes good. I will definitely recommend this hotel compared to other 3 stars hotels in the area.

Customer service: fast response, friendly, helpful. Wifi connection: fast, indihome remote hard to control. Swimming pool: well maintained, open during pandemic with limited to 5 people. Recommend to get room by the pool at 2nd floor for easy access to the pool. Please be warned that the 2nd floor is a smoking area. So the alleyway outside the front door rooms smell like a cigarette a little bit. But the room smell was fine. Didn't smell any cigarette inside room or the pool. Air conditioning: cold, working perfectly. Shower water: adjustable. Cold / warm / hot, pleasant bathroom experience. Asthetics: homey design, peaceful and calming mood. Location: there's not many places to go on foot nearby the hotel but at least its located on a quiet street. Just stayed at the hotel most of the time. Price: best money values spend for that peace of mind. Bed quality: perfect, sturdy, soft. Food service: there's restaurant called outpost at the lobby which open 24/7 for hotel visitor, tried pizza and it was nice, price little bit at the top for some food and average for others. Caffe latte caramel is nice. Will definitely come here again once a while when I'm bored at home.

I felt spooky cause my room (209) need to pass the gym area and its dark at night. My friend said he saw “something” there after back picked up go food at 12am. We requested for ice bucket and need to go downstairs as it self-service, and voila he saw another something in the corridor near our room. I just felt not comfortable in that room, always feel frightened. The room itself has main door that can't push smoothly, need maintenance. The shower has powerless waterdrop. Food was tasty but not having much choices. I will not go back to there.

Staff were friendly but the cleanliness is a point to be improved. There was blood stain on the pillow case. We requested for non smoking room but still can smell the smoking from the next room. Also the next room are so noisy until in the middle of the night (2 AM) and it was completely terrible when I tried to sleep. For the breakfast, we were requested to pick 1 main menu before entering the restaurant. It was a good concept actually because it can help to reduce food waste (prevent over food consumption). But I think, menu can be upgraded so the visitors won't be bored for the same menu in the next day.
