The staff is not professional to leave me and my family with no uncertainty on how long we can check in. Have to wait like 2-3 hours while my kids already in soak after playing at the beach (which I expected we will be able to check in at 2 pm, and clean up the rest a bit). My kids got cold and now caughing. Really hate the situation.

Wow, at first it was fun to come here because anyer was full. Checked in at night, the hotel looks dark, room facilities also really need to be upgraded. Everything looks like too old. Towels & mats are really really old. But the staff are friendly even though they are all old, the breakfast box rice is also delicious, but. The sea view in front of the big coral is a winner! Clean sand beach without rocks. Big waves. The view in the restaurant is also very cool. But around the hotel, there are many sellers back and forth. This hotel needs a lot of improvement, but we will definitely come back for the sea. Go level up patra!

Patra is the reason I always come back to Anyer, since childhood, my family always entrusts Patra as a place for us to stay during our visit to Cilegon. Even though Patra is not what it used to be (many facilities are abandoned) their service is still the best. A small example, because my bathroom light went out, I was offered to move to the next unit.^ Keep up the spirit, Patra Anyer, I hope this situation will recover soon.

This hotel may have been successful in the past, overall maybe the effects of the pandemic have become poorly maintained. But children and families like the direct view of the beach and sea. Can see Krakatoa from a distance and relax. The restaurant also closes when there are no visitors, even though the view is really good. Hopefully tourism in Patra will soon rise and return to success as before.

Maybe it's a pandemic effect. The hotel is poorly maintained, before the pandemic this hotel was really good, now many are not functioning. I wish you a speedy recovery Patra.
