We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. No air conditioner but it's cold already. The view from our room was nice. We ordered dinner and breakfast from the restaurant and it taste amazing. Our only concern is the steep slope of the road to reach the hotel. But other than that it is okay

I like staying at Pines Garden Resort due to the reasonable price and the strategic location. The servers were very friendly and helpful too. Overall, I am satisfied staying here.

Staying at Pines Garden Hotel was one of my wish lists and yep, it finally came true, I was so happy to stay here where the night temperature reached 17° that's why the room didn't have a fan or AC because it was really cold, I arrived at 11 am and I could go straight in hehe, it was pretty good, I swam as much as I wanted because the pool was that good, the food was delicious, the room was also nice, there was a balcony, a hair dryer, a water heater...it was worth it..next time I want to come back again, oh by the way, please fix the road to the parking lot because it's full of holes and it's straight uphill, so it's a bit difficult to get a start..over all the best...

Always a destination to stay when on vacation to Tretes, spacious hotel rooms, clean and comfortable, large and clean swimming pool, cool and fresh air even though there is no AC, affordable prices, the environment is surrounded by trees, the quiet atmosphere and the sound of cicadas make it comfortable, for a delicious breakfast menu. Maybe the thing that can be improved is the wifi, for wifi sometimes it answers sometimes it doesn't. In addition, the hot water is still not hot enough, it tends to be warm. The rest of this hotel remains our family's favorite.

worth the price. economical hotel with a soothing view & spacious room. my family and I stayed on the 4th floor and could see the sunrise, right next to the entrance of the Kakek Bodo waterfall. the swimming pool is spacious & does not smell of chlorine. but you have to be ready for vehicle performance because access to the hotel is quite uphill.

Ci, at 1 pm you can enter the room, it's clean, the hot water shower works, the food in the cafe is also delicious, the service is very friendly. The balcony is also nice for relaxing with my husband and children, I really enjoyed staying there. I just feel like the waterfall in front of me is really quiet now... even though your idol used to be the Kakek Bodo waterfall

Initially interested in the reviews from visitors who have stayed here, it turns out that it is really good & very comfortable besides the entire area & hotel facilities are clean + neat, the friendliness of the staff, the varied food and drink menu plus the taste of the food is addictive, I like the Classic Natural Interiors the most according to the natural conditions. I checked in on April 30, 2025 and checked out on May 1, 2025, got a room in 2007. The room is spacious, although without AC but it is already cold. Hot water for bathing works. The bathroom is also spacious. What needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the balcony and many TV channels are missing. But in Tretes, how can you watch TV?! 🤣 The swimming pool water is cool and fresh! The atmosphere around the hotel is surrounded by trees. Suitable for family vacations. When I checked in, the occupancy was low so breakfast was a la carte. The rawon was delicious. Nothing to complain about this hotel. RECOMMENDED!

opening the room door is difficult, have to try back and forth, the pop up sink does not work properly, and there is no AC in the room. The swimming pool area looks shabby because there are many unused woods. The quality of the staff is okay, can provide assistance quickly
