I stayed 1 night in a junior suite, at the beginning of check in I was disappointed because it turned out that breakfast was delivered to the room because it did not reach 20 packs (if it was 20 packs it would be a buffet), second when I opened the room it turned out that the door could not be closed if it was not locked, third when I wanted to take a shower it turned out that the soap was out so I had to ask housekeeping to refill it first, fourth the telephone in the room was broken and there was no information that the telephone was broken, so I had to ask for soap to the receptionist first, then the last room was still a bit dirty (dirty) like a lot of beach sand, and there were still dry leaves on the sofa. Hopefully in the future it will be improved for the shortcomings. Thank you

This was second time staying here as we had a good experience back then. This time trying larger unit and inviting some family members. Overall it was great, we consider this hotel due to: 1. Distance 2. Beach area is almost like semi private as there's no other people from other hotels only the locals offering bunch of services. 3. Facility is good 4. Variety of children activities during weekend

For a strategic location close to several places to eat too, the staff are friendly and very helpful, initially booked a Deluxe room type but because it was full, it was finally upgraded to a Junior Suite with a larger room type at no additional cost 👍, for complete room facilities. Breakfast has many variations and is delicious, there are several activities for children held by the hotel, the garden area is also spacious, the children are satisfied running around and playing ball, there is a cafe in front of the beach if you are lazy to find a place to hang out to bring your extended family or office events, it is highly recommended because there is a villa type too

Access to the beach directly from behind the hotel, lots of KID'S activities, clean rooms. What needs to be fixed is the toilet near the beach, it's dirty. Maybe toilet access here should be limited specifically for hotel guests only

I stayed in a square tent type, the staff were actually friendly, it's just that when I entered the room, the floor was very sticky, I asked for a mop and broom but it took a long time to be delivered. The room facilities are quite complete, it's just that there is no refrigerator and the TV is not connected to the internet.. the bathroom is clean, and what I like is that the soap smells really good.. the distance from the room to the beach is quite close, the beach is quite clean, although there are traders but it doesn't make visitors uncomfortable. so far comfortable staycation here, oh yeah the food is delicious

Thank you, good service, if there is something left behind, the staff quickly informs during checkout. Direct access to the beach behind the hotel, children can play in the sand. Not a rocky beach. There is a coffee shop, nice to have coffee with a view. There is a BBQ Dinner, at a beachside restaurant. Very exciting. Many kids activities every weekend.

April 15-16, 2025, I brought my family to rent 2 rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied staying here. The staff are friendly and responsive. Keep it up. The environment is very child-friendly, from the swimming pool to the beach without coral. The field area is large and has a mini zoo for rabbits and birds. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cold, the water heater and the wifi are quite adequate. For those who want to stay in the deluxe or twin type, you can prepare by bringing an electrical terminal.

The location is quite strategic, close to places to eat and minimarkets, the hotel is also clean and close to the beach, everything is okay, except for the pillow cases and sheets which smell musty/damp, maybe because they weren't dry yet, God willing, if I go on holiday to Anyer, I'll stay here again

The first time staying at Horison Resort was very pleasant. It just so happened that the accommodation was right in front of the swimming pool, the kids were happy. The room conditions were clean, the food was delicious. Close to the beach. Thank God I got a discount, so the price was cheaper.

the location is good, the beach is nice, the sand is without coral, the food is delicious and the price is also affordable, there are fun events for children, the staff is friendly. For cleanliness, it needs to be improved a little, for the gaps next to the bed are still dusty and there are lots of ants, and the bathroom floor drainage is not fast enough to dry easily, but overall it is quite good and satisfied with the facilities and views here. The swimming pool is very clean, cleaned every day. Recommended to stay here again
