The owner and manager don't understand the accommodation's SOP or simply redirect customer requests. Yes, the receptionist is handled by one person. Unfortunately, they haven't been taught enough about managing the accommodation.

Request early chek in di jam 10, dibilang ga bisa, bisanya jam 2. Pas kesono lagi 1.30 nanya lagi bisa early check in ga lagian kurang setengah jam, dibilangnya kena charge 25k. Ya kalo bisa dan kena charge dr awal aja sekalian jadi ga nunggu lama.
