All is Great on 8th floor (Queen Bed as requested) for 2 nights, But when I'm extended for 2 more nights, The staff suggested to the 7th floor, it's a twin bed but setting up to become one bed and the view of the city was really not clear. Then, one of the staff suggested to move again to the other side room (even its still the same floor).|Well. It's not bad, although the view mostly to the Apartment of Royal Medit than the City View. The last room, not bad. And So Far, good. Just need improvement for the Breakfast. From the variety & taste. Thanks Pullman. Best of success.

Love the foods. Love the view. Love the bed. So comfy. ♥️♥️♥️ The one that I didn’t like is the bathroom. Since i share the same room with my son, there’s no privacy at all 😅 nevertheless i love staying in this hotel. 🥰🥰🥰

Booked a Suite room, I came at 2 o'clock to check in according to the check-in time, but when I arrived, they said the room wasn't ready. I waited until 5 o'clock but the room wasn't ready yet, finally I was able to enter the room at 5:30 PM. I asked for compensation for late check out at 2 o'clock, fortunately it was still allowed for late check out, but waiting 3:30 hours with the excuse that the room was being cleaned was unreasonable. When I was in room 802, the AC was not very cold. The AC was set at 18C, but the maximum room temperature was 23C. I ordered food from room service, fried rice for 200 thousand, honestly not tasty at all. The shrimp crackers were also tough. The breakfast was also just okay but better than the room service food. With this experience, I might think again about staying here.

It was the best staycation experience ever. The staffs were super friendly. They informed us that our room was ready while we were strolling around the Central Park Mall. We were able to rest in a very cozy room even before the standard check-in time. Not to mention the breakfast! Everything was tasty. Pullman hotel also gave us complementary chocholate snack for free. My 8 yo nephew was so thriiled. Thank yoo so much for the hospitality Pullman Hotel Central Park. Hopefully, we could come back to stay here, and feel the warm and the love of this hotel.

The hotel location is good. Right next to the mall. The food is so-so. But the broccoli in breakfast is not good, please check it. I stayed for 3 days and in 3 days the broccoli tasted the same bad.:( Then the bathroom is not good, the location is in the middle of the room. And if you want to hang your towel you have to go outside, it's a hassle to put on a towel after taking a shower. 🥲 There is no Netflix on the TV as far as I know. The staff are friendly and even more amazing is that this hotel has a mute staff, good job Pullman. 💖💖 Will come back again. 🫶
