In the Traveloka application, TV, bottled drinking water, and WiFi are provided, but in reality, there is no TV, WiFi does not reach the second floor, bottled drinking water and towels were taken by officers because the price on Traveloka does not include bottled drinking water and towels, while in the Traveloka photo they do, according to the officer, it is only to attract people, hot water is not on 24 hours, the bathroom floor and walls have not been brushed so that the walls and floors look yellow.
