The receptionist made me wait for 30 minutes. And the service was not friendly at all. Chatty and as if someone who pretended to have power. The receptionist had a very bad attitude.

Take 2 rooms at the front, the rooms are nice and spacious, unfortunately the AC in room no. 2 is not cold. The receptionist is actually nice, just a bit rude. Understandably, the men can't make small talk and joke ✌🏻😂

The hotel staff is not friendly. Check in was supposed to be at 12, instead it was 18.00. When you leave you still have to check out at 12.00. The hotel is haunted. Not recommended.
