1. The management and administrators are not very responsive, 2. Arriving at the location at 12 o'clock, they told me to check in at 14.00, the room was still being prepared, they said. 3. I went out to find food, when I asked if I wanted to check in after 14.00, I couldn't, the officer said the price was wrong, it hadn't been updated on Traveloka and I had to add 200. I apologize, I didn't want to add more and there was an argument, finally I was told to go in, but not in the red building, but in the yellow building, the rooms were not as advertised. 4. Many security guards offered rooms directly to them for sale and were available.

Staffnya sangat ramah, pelayannya baik. To be honest, kita sangat kesulitan cari resepsionisnya, infonya kurang lengkap. Dari kantor resepsionis ke kamarnya jauh sekali beda tower. Kamarnya kurang bersih, sprei dan kasur tidak bersih terasa bau. Ac tidak dingin, tv masih pakai tv tabung tidak bisa dipakai karena tidak ada remote, kamar terasa panas sekali sampai lantai berembun basah karena menguap, tidak ada kartu akses jadi tidak bebas keluar masuk kamar. But masih bisa dipakai tidur.
