Awesome. Nice industrial themes hotel, location in central city of Semarang. Near shopping mall (dp mall and Paragon Mall), governmental office (Kantor Balaikota), tourist attraction (Lawang Sewu)

The room were kinda small for the price.. But I do love the concept of unlocking door using my phone's NFC. It is located above the mall. Every order and complaint can be submitted via the hotel's WA which they immediately message us the moment we are in our room. Explaining the hotel's facility.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel! Cozy comfort room, efficient, super clean bedsheet, super-efficient notification through WA system for ordering food and reminder too for your check out time. The food offered at Verve was also good - I enjoyed much the Dori Salted Egg... yummy. The bathroom is clean and it came with necessary amenities. Easy check in and check out. Easy to reach shopping mall too :D Mind you the bed and the wall for standard room is soo narrow - you cannot do skateboarding on the isle here hahaha... of course no. Will definitely come back here for more restful and cozy nights. All equipment worked well - nooo hasle at all.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Cozy atmosphere while relaxing in this hotel. Enjoying dinner with live music, nice place for smoking people. Humble and nice personality of the staff hotel. Me and wife really excited. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is indeed modern and sophisticated, but there is one thing that needs to be improved, the most important thing is the cleanliness, please help improve it, because unfortunately yesterday when I slept I was quite itchy and felt that the bed was not very clean, also during the day when the sun shone on me the dust was very visible. And also for the towels I think they were not washed well, because they smelled bad, I apologize.

I was so happy to be in Semarang for the first time, and I was very satisfied with my stay at Rooms Inc. Everything was perfect, from the proximity to tourist attractions to the quiet hotel. I definitely want to stay here again when I return to Semarang.

Came here during a seminar, there was a Japanese buffet in the evening... Sushi, sashimi, ramen, yakitori all complete accompanied by a band... The location is right next to GP Mall.

(+) : Hotel near the mall Easy access near the city center Modern and nice hotel interior Delicious breakfast (-) : The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't provide detailed explanations, for example: parking access (since it's located in the same mall) and directions to the guest room. Breakfast space was very limited due to the large number of visitors. Wi-Fi was slow. There was a miscommunication. I booked a room that included breakfast, but when I went to the restaurant, they said it didn't include breakfast, even though the app clearly stated it included breakfast. Thank you, and hopefully things will improve in the future 😊

just enough.. cleanliness is lacking. lots of hair falling out.. maybe not sweeping the floor of the room and bathroom properly.. hopefully this will be taken into account.. but the concept of room security and access is very good, recently the lock uses an application

The parking lot is in one place with the mall. That's what makes me annoyed. Because it's so chaotic, there's security but they just keep quiet. The room is small, the AC isn't very cold, the WiFi is slow. The closed system sprays from behind. Breakfast menu is salty gravy, salty sausage, but other variations are delicious. The only annoying thing is the parking lot

Friendly staff, clean room, but on the 3rd floor, the air conditioning in the room is not cold enough and sometimes you have to wait a long time for it to cool down. Hopefully the dispenser will have cold water, thank you.

The hotel staff was friendly, it wasn't time to check in yet, but since there was a room ready, we were allowed to check in. The hotel is right next to DP Mall, close to Lawang Sewu, just a 5-minute walk, smart TV, decent food, but you have to install an app to lock the room, so opening the door using the tap app on your phone for the first time was a bit confusing.

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is right next to DP Mall, just a 5-minute walk from Lawang Sewu. The food is decent. The door lock requires an app installed on your phone. The first time I checked in, I was a bit confused about having to hold my phone close to the door lock.
