The hotel staff is friendly. The service is satisfactory. The environment is clean. The breakfast is quite complete. The western menu lacks seasoning, but it's still okay. The Javanese menu is all delicious. And for a more interesting dessert, maybe you could add chocolate-dipped kul kul fruit or marshmallows... So the kids will enjoy it more.. hehhee.. Overall, the service is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, I stayed in a premier room. However, for me, who was a first-timer at Sahid, the building is a bit confusing because it is large, the premier and standard buildings are separate. Inside the building there is a cinema and C7. If you rent a premier and want to relax, you have to go to the next building and it's a bit far to walk. The pastries are all the best, don't forget to ask for them to be warmed up before eating, the bread, bomboloni, and white fried rice are also the best. The food is also varied.

Totally stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is very spacious, so spacious that I was confused when I first arrived hahaha.. for the breakfast menu there are variations, but the menu is the same every day, only different spices, sometimes there are friendly staff, some are grumpy and forced faces hahaha, it's better to just lose the room phone haha, because it's useless, call reception, just want to ask, no one answers, have to chat via WhatsApp to get a response.. it's quite pleasant, because in front of the hotel is complete, Indomaret, lots of street food places, ample parking, the hotel is comfortable, but if it's a different tower, it's a bit far if you want to have breakfast hahaha Cabanas type room with a direct view of the swimming pool, really top, the atmosphere is peaceful at night..

If you need a room for three, this hotel has it. It's clean, tidy, and offers plenty of culinary options nearby. A coffee shop and laundry pick-up are also nearby. Perfect for a family vacation without needing an extra room or bed.

I didn't give a 4 emoticon because one of the pillows was very hard. I checked in at 10:15 PM, very tired from a long day of activities. Luckily, the replacement service was fast, even though the information was wrong. I clearly asked for a replacement pillow that was super hard, but the person who came brought a replacement pillowcase, which is irrelevant. Yesterday I was in room 2222.
