Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, namun kebersihan hotel sangat buruk karena banyak sampah berceceran di depan hotel, Lobby bau asap rokok dan tangga menuju lantai 2 dan 3 banyak puntung rokok

It is very unfortunate that the security of the smart lock is lacking because there was an incident where the door was opened from the outside with another room card by an unknown person. This is very dangerous and needs to be fixed immediately!

Hotel staff please be retrained to be knowledgeable and informative. Don't wait for customers but cultivate proactive information. Hopefully the cleanliness of the hotel can be improved.

very dirty sandy floor every corner dust all in the glass display case dust all spider webs in the toilet lamp already to the ghost room. even though the room is nice if it is cleaned and maintained well.. is there no ob who understands cleanliness. if you don't believe me check in room 306 price 260 / night better find another hotel. reall pic

I arrived to check in at 14.46, the room still couldn't be used, I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned, after 15 minutes when I entered the room the floor was very damp and sticky so I didn't end up staying there.

When we first arrived and waited for check-in time, we smelled cigarettes. Then we asked and confirmed to the receptionist whether the hotel was non-smoking and confirmed that it was non-smoking. It turned out that it was only non-smoking in the rooms. However, each floor was provided with a place to smoke (I thought it would really be non-smoking). Then the bathroom facilities only provided towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste like in other hotels. Shampoo and soap became 1. There was no tissue in the toilet and room. There was no glass for gargling in the sink. There was no hair dryer and footwear (sandals). The room facilities only provided 2 bottles of bottled water. There were 2 pillows but 1 was flat. There was no tissue either. Trash cans were only available in the room and not in the toilet. When after checking in and entering the room, it turned out that the room was not ready and we asked to change rooms. When entering the toilet it smelled of urine. And a little smell which we then sprayed using personal perfume. For a strategic location close to the old market (just walking distance).

from the beginning of entering the room, the floor felt very dirty and uncomfortable on the feet, the dust was everywhere, there was a lot of dust in the corner of the wall, there was a lot of dirt in the corner near the bedside table, the room was not cleaned. the bathroom smells so bad when you first enter the bathroom, the bidet is a little hard to use, the glass has a lot of stains on it, and the worst thing is there is a big centipede. when you complain there is a centipede, it takes 2 or more times to be taken care of. for the price of 300k and there's no phone, I don't think it's good because it's on the 3rd floor and it's very annoying if you want to complain downstairs. The receptionist is also less friendly and a bit of a jerk. amenities and wifi pass should also be requested below (not a big deal). We have often stayed at hotels that are quite pricey-cheap, not once or twice. Yesterday I took a deluxe room at the price of 300k, for that price it's not worth it with the facilities you get. I've stayed at a 100k hotel, even the facilities are better and cleaner. for the place I think is strategic because it is very close to the old market and KRL Tangerang station. As for the cold AC, there is no problem, it just takes a long time to get cold
