Better than my expectation! I booked this hotel for a one-night escape to Serpong to meet some friends and have fun. Honestly, I hesitated at first. But the hotel surprised me! The staff was super kind. The breakfast (we chose to get it in sahur time) was quite satisfying. We could prefer either Western or Indonesian food for sahur. The Ramadan atmosphere was very well reflected with the music and decoration. I loved the ambiance. The pool is small but clean and there is a space to sit and chill with your friends. The only minus is that the room we stayed was small, though enough for a one-night stay. Also it was connecting to another room from inside and that room was also occupied. That made us a little bit unrest. And the parking lots are not that many, but luckily I had a place every time I tried to park my car. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying for a budget staycation. Thanks for the good service!

It's good to be here, they have restaurant Pagi Sore beside, and Aeon mall in front. The staff at the hotel were super calm professional friendly and understanding. From the start I was coming to the receptionist table until I left They treated me like I was special. No complaints I love this hotel

Nice hotel near Aeon BSD, with a small pool, better have kid pool, good taste breakfast menu, small room but homies, and helpful engineering support my problem, need quick service for change towel and sandal.

First time staycation with twins. Masha Allah very delicious. Satisfied with sapphire because the bedroom is very spacious and safe for our baby who likes to walk. Very comfortable.
