Plus: get a high room so the view is okay, the amenities are quite complete, underneath there is a canteen, Indomaret, and other things apart from joining the hotel, near the toll road, easy check-in. Minuses: dirty swimming pool. The bathroom smells a bit musty because the exhaust doesn't work it seems there's no wifi.

Pengalaman saya nginap di sana, apartemen nya sayang sepi sekali, karena ada mall yang sudah lama tidak beroperasi, lobby tidak ada AC nya, padahal lobby nya bagus kamar pun juga luas, kolam renang bisa di pakai tetepi pas ngeliat airnya warna hijau, memutuskan tidak jadi renang. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik lagi ya Apartemen Serpong. Agent nya baik dan ramah.

1. Check-in is complicated. 2. Car Parking Paying Full Nginep 50 thousand / day from management is not given a stamp or free parking. 3. The swimming pool cannot be used due to repairs. 4. The tenant / management is not friendly.

Hi Ms Eka, Thank you for the review, just explaining, the swimming pool is open if it's a paid one, ma'am, if it's a free one, you have to check first because you like repairs, and it's usually used by monthly residents not daily, parking is paid, except monthly guests can be members, and regarding Regarding the offence, Mother felt that we were not friendly, maybe when we asked how many people, because Mother ordered for 2 people, Mother came with her sister and their spouses had no children. So we apologize for asking and it makes us seem unfriendly in your eyes.

The condition of the unit is not feasible, the curtains are already broken. The bitches begged for mercy, and the ladies said "Are the towels wet? You hold it while you're disgusted, hello, ready to use it, Ms." Then the pool. The pool is paid for!, in the cupboard there are many used condominiums, even though before checking in, the ladies said to keep it clean, she didn't keep it clean herself! I'm already disappointed so I don't want to stay! I told the ladies I'll be back at 22, why come back at 22, we'll go home at 20, right? I'm really tired, not recommended at all.

Hello Deborah, Thank you for the review, I'm sorry if anyone is not happy because Ma'am ordered a Studio for a capacity of 2 people, we only asked how many people entered because Ma'am already 2 other people were still in the car, just wanted to swim, said Ms at that time. By bringing a group of course we make sure we use it, about wet towels, it doesn't matter, Ma'am, it's really something to use, the point is that if you order a Studio for 2 people, you can't use it for a group, we think you understand this, about ugly curtains, maybe it doesn't fit into the luxury category for you. , and regarding condoms, we also put them after you came out, we thought they were used, sis, we understand things like that, but we didn't find condoms before, we misunderstood this, thank you, sis.

Eh apartemen nya sepi terkesan angker mungkin karena saya lumayan senisitif atau peka dengan hal energy astral. Di aplikasi tidak di sertakan keterangan kalo parkir bayar sendiri perjam khusus apartemen sedangkan di hotel lain yang lokasinya sama parkir gratis. Kebetulan saya check out akan jam 4 pagi. Penjaganya yang dari check in minta uang deposit sempat memberi saran kalo mau check out lagi sekali kuncinya biar saja nanti uang depositnya mau di TF karena harus cek unit, tapi untungnya dia ngalah mau tukar kunci apartemen dengan uang deposit saya setelah tidak mau pengembalian secara TF. Hla kalo pelanggan yang jauh sudah pulang uang tidak di TF tangung jawab siapa?

The bedroom and bathroom were not clean and there were cockroaches, the air conditioner was not cold enough, the TV antenna didn't work, the lights didn't totally shut down. Outside the room the lights aren't on. Like a dark hallway, dirty kitchen. and somewhat smelly.
