The unit is quite safe and strategic, the facilities are there and okay, only the mattress/sheet is not comfortable because it is dirty as if it had never been replaced. Lots of hair, feathers, dirt. If you can give me advice, give me bright bed sheets, not dark black. Thanks.

The room is different, not the one in the photo. Upon check-in they said that they do not clean and do not change bed linen, parking is not included in the price.

Mas who gave the key is in the building opposite the apartment. When I entered the apartment, the security was a bit unfriendly. The room is nice and clean. In the kitchen there is a stove, cutlery, electric kettle and soap & washing sponges. Clean bed. There was trouble on the internet & wifi but the mas who gave the key were responsive and helpful. Below there is a swimming pool too so it is satisfied for a staycation there. The bathroom is clean although a bit worn out. There is liquid soap, towels, toothbrushes and a working water heater. Hopefully next time you can stay here. Thank You.

Kamar oke. Kolam renang juara. Cuma masalahnya: ini adalah kamar apartemen yang disewakan. Ribet menemukan pemilik/penjaga pemegang kuncinya. Tidak bisa diceritakan di sini bagaimana akhirnya saya bisa menemukan orangnya. Yang jelas, kebayang bagaimana seandainya saya tidak bisa menemukannya? Tentu saja gagal menginap! Satu lagi: keluar masuk area apartemen harus bayar parkir. Ya, lumayan sih, kalau ditotal untuk sehari semalam.

Recommended lodging 😍. The price is affordable, the facilities run well. The check-in process is easy, the owner is friendly and responsive. The rooms are comfortable and also clean. Will come here again if there is an event around Serpong because the location is strategic.

The first time a staycation with work friends used to be the owner was very friendly and fast response (most importantly), the place is comfortable, the mattress is clean, the sheets are all new in the laundry, cutlery is available, dish soap, hand soap is available and the bathroom uses a water heater so Even if it rains all day, you can still take a warm shower. Highly recommended for those who want to get together with friends in a strategic location, if you are hungry, just go down to the lobby, many who sell delicious food, there is an Indomaret too. TOP already!

Clean rooms, fast response owner, gas runs out straight away. Pool is clean. Well maintained building. Only minus is parking. If the night is a bit difficult and there is no maximum rate. Suitable for those who travel not using a private car. Next, definitely come here again. It's recommended.

The swimming pool is big, there is a gym, cable TV, the bathroom is clean with toiletries, the stove is on, eating utensils, unfortunately there should only be 1 towel. And there is no maximum parking, so it's very expensive. Last night up to 75k. Next, consider the same party. Management for cheap parking. It's the same as cheap checks but expensive and that's the only thing that is burdensome.

Plus: the apartment is good, there is a mini kitchen set really suitable for those who still have small children, then there is a swimming pool and children playground. Minus: management must be improved, so that guests are more comfortable. Yesterday, I was just unlucky, the internet connection was down, and the electricity went out because of a pulse, but in the end everything was handled well. The bottom line: the facilities are okay but don't expect too much, because the person managing this is not an apartment service who if anything needs to call. But overall, for the suitability of the price compared to the facility, that's enough. For families it is enough to recommend, but for single people who are only just sleeping, this place is not recommended because it is also far from the center of city activity.
