The location is great and not far from Gambir Station. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. You can refill your mineral water in the kitchen. The staff is also friendly. However, the Wi-Fi doesn't reach inside the room very well. You have to go outside to get a signal. Please improve this for the comfort of your guests. 🙏

stayed 1 night here and i got AC problem that was not cold. Told house keeping to fix it / move to another room but they didn’t give a proper solution. End up to sleep in hot weather for a night

I stayed at the Sienna for 3 nights. Early check-in before 2 PM was charged 50,000 Rupiah. The room was comfortable and matched the description and photos. However, the bathroom drain was clogged and wasn't fixed until the next morning, as I knew it had been clogged at night. The bathroom tissues weren't replaced on the first day either. It might be worth considering providing slippers for guests. The Wi-Fi connection was good. Since I had a room at the end of the street, street noise could still be heard in the room.
