It's a pretty good value to get a decent room for such a cheap price. Basic amenities are available. The location is somewhat near Soekarno-Hatta aiport. Cleanliness is good.

Non-smoking room but the curtains have cigarette burn marks, the bed sheets look like they have stains, they are not clean, the carpet is uncomfortable to step on, there are lots of small moths in the bathroom, the TV can only watch ants demonstrations

There are many cockroaches in the children's bathroom and there are also big cockroaches in the hallway. The hotel room is dirty 😭. Helped by the friendly and kind staff, hopefully the hotel can be improved in the future. The AC is cool and steady.

Booking 3 rooms for transit. Very underperformed for 3 stars hotel. There is water heater without coffe and tea complimentary. Carpet was dirty and many stain left. Shower without hot water. Fortunately, the lift is work well.

The place is comfortable, spacious for a delux room. The only downside is that the hot water was a problem when I stayed here. So there is no hot water. Wifi is not bad, not slow.

With its status still being 3 stars, the quality of service is far below standard, even for guest houses. The good one:. Strategic location, near waterpark and market. Friendly receptionist. Some things that managers need to pay attention to:. The hotel is no longer maintained. Hot water is off. There is a tea maker available but it doesn't provide coffee and tea sugar. The floor carpet has lots of spots and is damp. The bathroom door was broken. Many lights went out. There was the sound of mice chasing around the ceiling. Only 1 set of toiletries is provided. No shampoo.
