It's a pretty good value to get a decent room for such a cheap price. Basic amenities are available. The location is somewhat near Soekarno-Hatta aiport. Cleanliness is good.

Sorry... A 3-star hotel with a jasmine feel... Very neglected. A thick horror atmosphere. The lights are dim in the room. Entering the lobby is stuffy like a shophouse... All areas are dusty inside and outside the room. The AC takes a long time to cool. Can't sleep because there are cockroaches in the room... The sheets are full of red spots... The ceiling has water seepage, Hopefully the management will make improvements for the comfort of customers.

The staff is okay, safe, and very friendly. But sorry, it doesn't match the picture, it seems the picture isn't updated. It's very dirty, smelly, hot, lots of trash everywhere, and there are cobwebs. I only checked in a few minutes before checking out again. It's scary, as if it's neglected. The curtains are very dusty, and the room's carpet is dirty. Basically, it's not friendly if you bring children. I'm sorry.

(+) The staff were very friendly. The security guard was also very friendly. The service between the two was excellent. Upon arrival, the security guard greeted us immediately and directed us to the reception. (-) 1. For first-timers, you might be confused about which side of the hotel is located, as the hotel sign is not visible from the roadside. It's dark at night. It's located behind Alfamart. 2. The motorcycle parking area is a bit lacking in my opinion; it's dirty and outdated. However, security is guaranteed. 3. The facilities provided include mineral water, an electric kettle, glasses, and toiletries. A small refrigerator. There are no tissues, so you have to bring your own. There's only one towel, the hot water doesn't work, and the bathroom is dirty. The drain is dirty. When flushed, worms come out, which can't be removed. (Please improve the cleanliness.) At almost 300,000 Rupiah per night, I think it's overpriced considering the poorly maintained hotel, the facilities, and the cleanliness. 4. The photos shown do not reflect the actual room. Okay, that's all from me. Thank you for your experience staying here.

Honestly, I was shocked because the photos and the real thing were so different. When we stayed there, only our family slept there. It looked like an old hotel. Honestly, it wasn't comfortable. Also, the hotel location didn't have a sign, so it was confusing because it was in a corner. It was very quiet and the atmosphere was like an empty, unused shophouse.

Non-smoking room but the curtains have cigarette burn marks, the bed sheets look like they have stains, they are not clean, the carpet is uncomfortable to step on, there are lots of small moths in the bathroom, the TV can only watch ants demonstrations
