Smart Hotel Thamrin Jakarta

Overall was good but the last night the Aircon was not that cold enough. But I will definitely coming back again, staff friendly and helpful please keep it up thank you.

Room 's not properly. The photo in the display is a new room, if we want to move to new room we need to add more budget around 150 K until 200K. Many floor in the room has been cracked.

1. Only some of the rooms on level 8 is OK. The hotel will immediately ask you to pay to upgrade the room. II mean the hotel should ‘t even sell the rooms if it is still under renovation. 2. Right after you upgrade, they requested for room deposit. Be ready with cash. 3. The hotel is very dusty. Lobby is dusty, the lifts are dusty, the walk to room was also dusty. 4. The towels were so worn out that it had holes. 5. The elderly Indonesian lady was terribly rude. 6. When I casually about the surrounding places, they were not helpful. 7. Their selling point that the hotel is nearby Komuter train is really useless. It is better to take a Grab or Gojek. 8. If have you booked a room accidentally like me (I stayed here for 2 nights) the nearest walking distance place to eat is in Grand Indonesia. 9. If you have a choice do book into another hotel.

I stayed here cause its easily accessed through MRT, TJ or even city train. But I was going there with my family with my car. The hotel 's surrounding condition is awful because the building was under renovation. Dust everywhere, quite dark and the main lobby feels like I went to 80 's Hongkong 's movie, there was an old restaurant, displays and so on. I parked my car at the underground parking, it was awful too. I even ask the security"is this right? Is this safe?". When I checked in, I asked for upgrading the room because my booked room had no window, they charged me Rp250.000 + for it, not even a discount due to under-construction ambience inconvenient. They gave me 2 bottles of mineral water, they declined when I asked for 2 more. Hey I paid additional Rp250k+ and you are so considerate -even declined my honest request because I am thirsty-. Ahh, overall, this hotel could do better, even 10x better. I also wonder why do so much strategic placed budget hotels has this quality.

Sangat sangat buruk. Hotel yang layak di jual kamarny. Kalau mau renovasi tolong di tutup dulu. Ini kamar atau kandang hewan. Nyamuk banyak, pengap, kasur lembab, dinding semuanya jelek. Tolong bagi kalian yg mau stay dsni di fikir fikir dlu. Dari pda menyesal, seperti saya baru aja masuk ke koridor ny udah engap, trus bukak kamar nya rasa kehabisan oksigen. Tolong di tutup dulu hotelnya kalau mau renovasi!

The hotel is Under construction so everything there are not comfortable. Lift also smelly. Location is strategic to everywhere cause it 's near to Train station.

Bad karena lagi di renovation dan tdk di infokan, jadi nya dirty.

Manager/owner dan staff tidak ramah. Kondisi hotel dan kamar sangat jorok dan tidak sangat rekomendasikan. Tidak proper sama sekali. Tiba listrik kamar mati, saat komplain malah pembelaan diri dan tidak meminta maaf atas kesalahan hotel.

Horrible, will never book this hotel again. 1) When we were gonna checked in, the receptionist asked us an extra payment of Rp 200.000 to upgrade our room because the price we had paid from traveloka was the price for the room that was not suitable for us to stay (that floor was under renovation, so there are lots of dusts and lots of noises).-> If it was not suitable, then why displayed it on this app? 2) Eventually, we paid that extra fee because we want to have a comfortable rest. BUT, when we arrived at our room, it was so dirty. Lots of dusts on the floor, the carpet was also dirty AND the bed sheet and the blanket has a lot of stains (as you can see in the picture). No mini refrigerator, no glass, no complementary (coffee, tea, etc.).-> we feel very unpleasant, after we paid for Rp 400.000 just for one night, but then we still get a terrible room? 3) I asked for a receipt, but because I have to get the train to the airport, I asked the receptionist to send it to my email. But, until now they haven't send it to me. Probably will never gonna send it to me😊. Thank you for the terrible experience😊 Hopefully you get better in the future.
