The staff is very friendly, access is easy, only there is a portal that closes at 10, but no worries because just call and the hotel guard will open it, for the price under 200, it's worth it, Gacoan is close.

The room was moldy, seemingly under-maintained. The sheets were dirty upon check-in, but I requested a change, and they were actually brown. The staff on duty at night and upon check-out were friendly, and access was easy. Oh, and I found two worms in the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant.

The place is tucked away in an alley, not next to a main road. If you're driving, you'll probably have to pull over to the side of the road. But for travelers on a tight budget, it's perfect, and the staff are friendly.

Very close to Jwalk Mall Jogja. The layout is very much like a studio/artsy boarding house. The location is very remote, at the very end of the road. Parking is spacious, enough for a car. The room is comfortable, but please pay close attention to the cleanliness of the curtains because they are a real nest of dust and spiders. At least regularly wipe them to clean the dust and spider webs. The mattress is quite soft and comfortable. Not bad for those who need emergency accommodation. You get 1 towel and 2 mineral waters. There is a shop nearby to buy soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

The room is quite spacious, the location is strategic, the facilities provided are: wifi, towels, and TV. However, the Android TV cannot connect to the internet.

I stayed from 25th to 27th December, the staff service was very friendly and the hotel environment was clean, the photos match what I stayed in. The place is also nice, not too far from tourist attractions or the city center, it can still be reached.

Menginap di sini 2 malam terasa nyaman, tersedia AC dan air panas. Di kamar juga disediakan air mineral, dekat dengan tempat makanan, recommended deh.

Real picture, have been here twice, both as a solo traveler and bringing family. Value for money is very good and accommodation is also good. The service remains the friendliest, so top 5 stars for the service.
