Outdoor bathroom, unfriendly host. Does not fit discription. Very poor service.

The room is quite spacious even though it's only overnight transit, but it would be better if the room is cleaned again before being used because it's still dusty and very stuffy.

Cheap price but very decent, it is in the middle of the city and is really suitable for just stopping by. Like my trip, which only stopped to wait for the ride to Ijen.

The staff is very friendly. And can confirm via WA too. So it makes it easier when I often go on a picnic. The room is clean, it's just that the power plug is far from the mattress. But so far so good. You can try again if you go to Banyuwangi again

The fact is that the woman who looks after this guest house is very unexpected, very arrogant and unsustainable, when I remember first checking in, it looks like she relates to people in a different way, is very strange and acts like I'm staying at a 3,4 or 4 star current hotel (sy front office in 4 star hotel), very annoying. The guest house is completely empty, only I stayed 3 days there and all the rooms were empty. When you check in, you are asked for your identity to be detained. I can't, you can take a photo of my identity (remember my identity is only scanned). Second, when he asked to move to the room, he had a rudimentary attitude saying he could not, that was the room you ordered * * remembering a room of a similar type is still empty **. Third, he did not go to the private room, where was the dpur (when he asked, he just answered) for the appropriate room with a budget and close to the city center (there is no problem for the room because it fits the budget, so there is no complaint about that) .. When I remember seeing his face is very annoying, so bad mood to stay there. My message for this arrogant woman is to improve her behavior during checks or other things. You are not currently a receptionist in a star hotel. Don't arrogant, all the people who stay overnight have different experiences, maybe it won't be the same as each other. The final word . Correct behavior don't be pretentious !!! How come you stay with a similar budget in the current schedule. Very not a recommendation for the attitud.
