Smells of cigarettes. Room and facilities are okay. Breakfast is also very good. But unfortunately, the room smells of cigarettes, making it uncomfortable. It makes you feel stuffy and unfresh because you have to breathe through your mouth.

I stayed in room 305. I think the facilities are quite poor for a hotel of this class and price (operational efficiency is poor). 1. The TV wouldn't connect to anything. I called the operations team, but they couldn't fix it. 2. The mattress seemed quite dirty, as my friend and I had red bumps on our skin after waking up this morning. 3. Suddenly, at 5 a.m., I got a call from the receptionist, saying my friend, Mrs. Nisa, was looking for me. It was quite strange, and very odd, because I'd said I didn't know her twice and still got a call from the receptionist. 4. I ordered food from the restaurant, and the delivery person knocked on the door very loudly, as if trying to break it down. It was very inappropriate and impolite… There are many things that need to be fixed.
