A strategic place in the center of Semarang city. The view is good to enjoy, especially at night, friendly service. There are two lifts but only one is operating which is quite a bit of a wait. Maybe because it's still a pandemic effect. But overall it's good. The room is also clean.

Strategic location and next to it there is a mall. Lots of food in front of the apartment building. Parking is rather limited and finding the entrance to the apartment is a bit confusing. Moreover, there is no big lobby for the apartment (only a small and narrow table). The service is actually quite good, the employees are friendly and polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the kitchen section is also okay. The problem was that first I got a room on the 20th floor where the former smell of cigarettes was very strong even though I brought a baby. Finally moved rooms on the 19th floor. It didn't smell of cigarettes but the air conditioner wasn't cold at all. I checked in around 4pm. Already reported with employees but until after sunset there has been no improvement either. It turned out that the engineer was still fixing the air conditioner in the next room (even though the room was empty), then he was still waiting for the freon to be filled, and so on. At 8 o'clock the engineer just checked the air conditioner in the room and said it was all right. Told to wait 1 hour if it's not cold told to report again. And it's still not cold. After reporting again apparently there is no solution. This sucks. Inside the room it feels like a sauna. Finally we decided to check out at 9 pm. Employee apologized. Just that.
