An additional fee is charged to take a room of 40 thousand, apart from the application fee, the service is not friendly, the room is dirty and the bathroom is cramped and smelly.

The service and facilities are okay but the cleanliness is lacking 👎🏻 the sheets and pillows smell musty like they've never been washed, my advice is to pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed so that visitors who stay overnight are comfortable and don't itch.”

Been here 2 times, it's quite comfortable, only the floor smells fishy and the water in the bathroom tastes salty. The last time I was here, the TV didn't use STB.

I like to stay here, because my job is from the office and close to the station, the air conditioner is cold, the lack of warm water is not available, the water is a little brackish, but the father who has it is very kind, I only stayed 2 nights, so I extended for 3 more nights, that's all I ask request a window room, given by the father who has it, so you feel more comfortable here for a long time, oh yes the guards are also good, really helpful, the refrigerator is there, the tv is clear and the room is quite spacious.

I don't understand why these boarding houses have an 8.3 rating! I rented 5 rooms, all the rooms smell stuffy and smell like cigarettes! There seems to be a price, but this time I was fooled by 8.3 stars, I don't know who filled out the survey so it turned out to be 8.3.

The room does not match the photo in the application. Got a room on the 1st floor, bad signal but luckily the wifi works quite well. The first night I got room 111, the toilet flush didn't work, the pillowcase sheets looked poorly maintained, the bathroom was not maintained, there was a lot of crust and the shower handle also leaked water everywhere, there was a refrigerator, the AC was okay, the TV was okay, the bed was quite comfortable and not itchy . Reported to security early in the morning and we asked to be moved to another room, okay security said it would be moved to a room on the 2nd floor. Eh, at night until the hotel, it turned out that the room was not given a move, even the old room had not been cleaned, it was still a mess, the staff was not friendly, it seemed like they were angry and blaming us even though it was true that the toilet flush didn't work when pressed. Finally the second night moved to room 109, it was even worse, the toilet flush was okay but the bathroom had more dirty crust and lots of really bad insects, the bed was dirtier and itchy, the air conditioner wasn't cold either! Hot water in the room doesn't work at all! The review is in the 8.4 application, but unfortunately it doesn't match the reality, it's not recommended. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements from the hotel, thank you.
