Surya Yudha Park Banjarnegara

I made the order and expected to have single standard room however unfortunately I got twin bed but one of the bed was horrible which spring coil seems broken and directly hit my back bone, I ask for replacement and it came with better one, but still not as I expected, but it 's OK, better to improve quality of the springbed that seems majorly all standard room getting the worst bed ever use for Hotel, just advice for better service especially related with ‘ good sleep’, even I am still here which I placed another order with another platform for the next 3 days and I ask for changing room with single bed, but again the worst springbed even compare from previous springbed at twinbed, I am getting tired to complain with a very basic standard hotel of ‘ SpringBed’ that suppose as their no 1 priority even though their room and environment are okey but Spring Bed, please get this fix with ‘ proper quality’ not best but at least ‘ proper for human to sleep’ instead, thanks.

The executive room is very spacious, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, and quite varied. The swimming pool specifically for hotel guests is also really good, the view is to Surya Yudha Park 2 and the Serayu River. Very happy staying here, hopefully tomorrow I can come here again.

Stayed here for the 3rd time, first time here as a child 1, 12 years ago😄. For this time, PPKM, waterboom and wave pool are closed. However, the restaurant is still open, Surya Yudha Sand Bay on the 1st floor (children's, adult's and warm water pools) can also be used. The application only sells superior room types. At first I chose the top floor, but because the view didn't match, I finally chose the ground floor where the car could park right in front of the room. The room design is not modern, even with the garden, the towels too, hi hi. Seems like everything needs an upgrade. Order a no smoking room, but it seems that here is not so strict a ban on smoking in the room. As soon as he entered the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. For fast service, the dead TV remote was fixed right away, even with an electric kettle that didn't work, it was also very quick to fix it 👍. A little input for the application, if there are facilities that are closed, it should be explained in the product description in the application, so that consumers are not disappointed. For the variety of food, it is quite good, only for children it is incomplete, there is no cereal and pudding-bakery . Then the menu stylist team, in my opinion, is careless😄. Gudeg is combined with vegetables for pecel. Meanwhile, the krecek fried chili sauce that complements the gudeg and the areh gudeg/opornya are near the chicken porridge, and the pecel seasoning is near the uduk rice. Far away, then shredded chicken (I think this is a complement to chicken porridge, yes), but placed together in the vegetable salad menu. Ha ha. At first I was confused, here the vegetable salad uses shredded chicken, right? It turns out that the arrangement/presentation of the menu is all chaotic. Really makes me confused what this menu actually is. Wkwk. It's a shame the menu is already quite varied so it seems like the variety is missing.

Need to check the hand shower hose in room 433 is torn. Then the towels need to be replaced because the color is already runny, there is no bath mat for the bathroom so it is prone to slipping. Choose a non smoking room but why is there an ashtray in the room? But apart from all that, the officers here are friendly and ask for prayer equipment to be provided to the room, it really is brought and smells good.

The situation of the hotel is not crowded, there are many empty rooms but the hotel says that if the room is full, only the deluxe one remains. When you try to use the application, whether it's on a block or what, there are no rooms available, after leaving the hotel area, try again and get a room, when you check I was given a room that didn't fit, I paid for a superior, I was given a standard like a room for transit, in terms of price when compared to my city, both hotels and other hotels are better, the price is cheaper in my city, is it because there is no Banjarnegara yet big hotel so dare to put expensive rates? It's better if you want to install that rate, the service needs to be repaired, especially the interior is too simple, there is no wallpaper at all and the bed is not proper, the towels and sheets are very dirty (dirty).

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the towels need to be replaced and the standard bf menu, it is necessary to pay attention again to the electric plug plus lights if it hits children it can be dangerous, for all recommended.

Very disappointing. CHSE is just a display. Entering boro-boro contents care to protect, check body temperature. There are no guards in front of the lobby, people are free to go in and out at will. I have stayed here very often. If a friend dies, gets married in Banjarnegara, I will definitely stay here. Until yesterday on 11 dec 21, I got there at 20.00 when it was raining, I was shocked and surprised by the full car park, the chaos in front of the lobby. When my wife checked in, I was given a room in the new Sandbay building, she said, was directed by the officer there. Wallah, the road is only 1 car lane until all the parking lots are full. Even when playing back, there is no space. Even worse, you have to go up a fairly high ladder to the floor. 2, while I chose this hotel because there is an elevator, because I have problems with my feet which are difficult to climb stairs. With great difficulty I retreated back to the front office and complained very loudly there, because it was said the room was full. I said where can you fill your room full. It's still PPKM, they are nervous, I want to record their statement to upload it to social media, they don't dare. Then give me an upgrade to a family room in the old building that has an elevator. The car still doesn't get parking, finally the valet. Until the room, my goodness, the smell is the room. The carpet floor feels very dusty, the pillows, sheets, bed covers are all dusty. Tskck, Open the bathroom is really short. It's not human. Finally tried to survive because it was night, it was raining, it was difficult to find another hotel, plus the poor kids were tired from Jakarta. The next morning at breakfast, how surprised I was to see very busy people in the restaurant, social distancing was a waste, the staff was overwhelmed, not ready, not firm. No guests came and were told to wait or offer to be sent to the room. Finally I decided to ask to send it to my room for breakfast. After waiting almost 1 hour. The food came and it contained white rice, bitter gourd, stir-fried intestines and chicken liver, half salted egg, aqua glass. Food that is not eaten by people in restaurants, the leftovers are sent to me. I feel very insulted by their treatment. Is the food that is delivered to my room the common food that everyone eats? Please think for yourself. I immediately said this insulting food, I can still afford to buy decent food for us to eat, we are not trash cans. If I could give zero stars I would give this. I will not come back again. Please review the CHSE status. Just check the cctv on December 11-12, is it true what I'm telling you about. NB: In my room, I opened Google to find out, that on that date Banjarnegara entered PPKM level 2. And according to the government regulation, PPKM level 2, hotel occupancy can only be up to 50%.

Tempat tidurnya agak keras dan kamarnya agak kuno dan terlalu sederhana. Makan paginya biasa banget.
