I was in Family Room. Overall satisfying. Rooms are clean and surprisingly huge! Air Con took a while to get cold. Pool has shallow one for kids. Breakfast OK. Staff are friendly. They have bellboys standby. The only disappointing thing is the check-in process took forever.

Very recommended for family staycation. Spacious rooms (we booked the family 2 bedroom twin which came with 2 bathrooms and 3 tv) and prime location (so many tempting food delivery options).. The only downside was we came during lebaran holiday so it was a very slow check in process and very crowded breakfast area.

The room was so cozy, clean, the food was great, let me just say if I could give ten ⭐️ to rate how comfy it was, I would give it all😆 Needless to say, it was worth every penny 🙏🏻

Hotel was great, breakfast and service too. But there was misleading information between numbers of people and rooms we booked. I thought we only book for 1 apartment with 2 rooms (3adults +2kid), but instead, the system made us book 2 apartments with total of 4 rooms. So its kind of wasted money and rooms. So be careful when you made the booking.
