Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is quite clean and quiet because it is a bit far from the noise of the city. The room is not soundproof, the soap pump does not flow smoothly and drips by itself after use. There is no restaurant yet, the most regrettable smell entering the lobby is like the smell of bad sewer water. I asked the receptionist, she explained that the smell came from a banner displayed inside the hotel. and finally I brought it to my room. Maybe my suggestion. Maybe the air freshener is not working properly so there is no fragrance at all. Can LG cover the unpleasant smell?

I ordered a non-smoking room with a sea view, but they didn't respond and explain which room had a sea view and got a smoking room, they suggested cleaning the smell. I refused, how could the cigarette smell disappear in an instant, after arguing, they changed me to a non-smoking room, why did they have to argue first and then change rooms? We were tired after a long trip.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly. However, it was a bit disturbing because I stayed on the 3rd floor. Every night, there were people running, walking, and pulling tables upstairs. When I checked in, it was quiet, but when I entered the room, I heard the sound of someone pulling tables again.

Our favorite thing about new hotels is that everything is clean, comfortable, etc. Honest Review: We like: 1. The price is only 300,000 Rupiah, but the facilities are like those for 600,000 Rupiah. 2. The bathroom is clean, no moss. 3. The shower is strong. 4. The closet is new and clean. 5. Nice room design. 6. Spacious parking lot. 7. Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix connections (very rare in other hotels in the 300,000 Rupiah price range). 8. The rooftop hangout view is amazing. It's very comfortable for working, daydreaming, creating content, etc. A hotel that costs 300,000 Rupiah can have a view like this. 9. The bed is comfortable. 10. The Midea AC is cool and hygienic. 11. The staff is also friendly. What needs improvement: 1. If the rooms were carpeted, it would be even better. 2. Breakfast options are available. Looking forward to it. Yes. Overall, from Aceh to Lampung, the most worthwhile hotel with the best facilities is here. How can I not give it a 10/10 rating? 🧐 Suddenly, it only shows a 9.4 rating.
