I had the most pleasant stay here. The bedroom is pretty big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, I had the main street view. What I love most about this hotel is that it has a mini fridge. The check in process was pretty fast, less than two minutes. Before you want to check in, make sure you have 200.000 IDR with you for the deposit. But, don't worry! There's an ATM (BCA) next to the hotel. The location is very strategic. It's easy to get to some places, like bars, traditional market, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants. I didn't get to try the food and the drink at the bar. Apparently, they're pretty expensive and you need to pay 21% additional fee for tax. The thing that I think needs to be improved is the TV. The quality of the TV is pretty bad. Looks like it's full of ants. But, I am okay with that. Who watches TV nowadays anyway? Also, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, I would give this hotel a rate of 9 out of 10. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

The Axana Hotel has a great value deals based on the price. The room is clean, huge bedroom and bathroom, and essentials such hairdryer and coffee/tea maker. But for superior, the view just another rooms which shows inside building. If you want city view, you should book another class. But I’m satisfied. And, if you took your car/motorcycle, just tell the receptionist then you’ll not be charged for parking.

Strategic location in the city, easy to find food, luxury hotel but old, central AC room and can not be adjusted manually, I got a room whose AC is only stuck at 25, so I slept sweating. The corridor vibe is a bit scary, the pool on the rooftop is also scary at night dim with minimal lights. The receptionist staff is friendly, ordered a complete takeaway breakfast with fruit too. The room is very spacious, complete with a minibar.

The hotel staff is friendly, but what needs to be considered is that the torn bathroom towels from the Majapahit era should not be used anymore, replace them with more suitable ones. There is no hair dryer in the room. It takes quite a long time for the AC to work to cool the room. The breakfast menu is very unvaried for a 4-star hotel, the rice is too dry, the black pepper chicken but the pepper is still in the form of large, whole balls, very little pastry, dry and rough cake. The hotel staff is friendly, that is the plus point. Hopefully it will be better in the future for Axana Hotel.
