The room is very comfortable and warm, especially at night when the temperature drops. The staff is so friendly and patient when handling my complaint about the water heater (it's a bit hard to set, but it's solved easily). Recommended. 👍🏻

Yesterday I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. So far the stay here is good. Access to everywhere is close. The cold of Dieng is still very much felt. The staff service is very friendly, and the deluxe room with a view is very nice ❤️ Next time I go to Dieng again, I will definitely stay here again. The best

A great choice for those looking for affordable accommodation in Dieng. We recommend paying attention to room cleanliness. Change the sheets and pillows regularly to prevent a musty odor. Please fix the problem with the hot water not working. The staff's friendliness is excellent, as they were willing to help us find tourist destinations in Dieng.

The location is central, not too far from Dieng and Wonosobo Square. The rooms, while not particularly large, are quite comfortable with a relaxing view. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. 🙏

The receptionist at the front during the initial welcome seemed less warm, there was an impression that it was suspected that they were staying instead of a married couple from their gaze and the way they communicated when welcoming new guests HEHEHE. then, for the facilities in the room, maybe it could be improved, there would definitely be dew in the morning so there would be a lot of water on the windows because of the dew, I was surprised that early in the morning how could water seep onto the floor like an AC leak. for the future, maybe at least there should be a kettle for boiling hot water, even though there is a dispenser there, it's not very convenient if you need hot water you have to go to the dispenser in front of the receptionist huhu sorry 🙏🏼

The room is ok, the view is ok, the staff is ok, but the hot water is not ok.. the water and hot water are off, the weather is cold, you have to take a cold shower, it's a shame.. the water heater model is so bad that it doesn't match the price of the hotel.. the room also gets condensation so it's wet...

The location is on the side of the road, at night it is quite noisy with traffic, the room has lots of small insects (maybe in the future they can anticipate cleanliness before guests check in), my child's tab was left at the reception, and it was well looked after and returned, thank you very much for your honesty 👍
