awesome stay. greatest experience. they ensure everything's are sealed and sanitize. they ensure my requests were all fulfilled. food was wonderful. we hope next time they can provide baby crib so we don't really need to bring it ourselves.

for check in the staff who serve are friendly but it takes a bit of time the check in process may be more than 10 minutes, just a suggestion if it feels long it would be better for guests to be invited to sit down. For the room is spacious, clean, but not soundproof. Same suggestion for food in the restaurant to always be monitored and immediately refilled if seen the stock served is running low, considering the price of the room is quite pricy compared to other hotels should also be supported by optimal service. Thank you, hopefully it can be fixed and accommodated suggestions from customers.

nice and comfortable stay. Location on the main road even though the room faces the highway but the sound of vehicles is hidden except for motorbikes with brong exhausts that can still be heard. Suggestion, upgrade the TV to a smart TV considering the limited TV channels so it is better to switch to a smart TV so guests have the option to watch YouTube or Netflix which is also supported by WiFi in the room
