1. There is no hotel maid initiative to clean my hotel room. 2. I met him in the lobby to ask to clean the room but there were many reasons when it was noon that cleaning was only done in the morning while I as a customer ordered a hotel room for more than 3 days but the hotel room was not cleaned for 3 days, October 29, 2021.3. I regretted the extension of 1 more day until the 30th because the service was very bad, this is also because I ordered it with the thought that if I tell it to be cleaned then there has been a good response from hotel workers but in fact there has not been until now. 4. Please follow up, this is not just read, but actually used as correction material so that this hotel can make customers comfortable resting.

Stayed here several times. But staying on 23 - 24 December 2021 was an unpleasant experience and gave up. The receptionist is a man who doesn't seem to understand at all how to deal with guests, because at check out I handed over the key at the same time he handed over a 100 thousand rupiah deposit with a child and the money put the money rudely on the table without saying anything even impressed rude and straight back. It may be necessary to provide additional provisions about the behavior of someone who serves as a receptionist. Maybe the manager can check on cctv.

Enak sih tempatnya bersih cuma sayang di kasih selimutnya bukan blanket tapi selimut coklat tipis gitu. AC dingin kamar mandi bersih, air sangat lancar air panas oke.

One of the waste hotel I ever stayed and very bad hospitality and they won't clear the room until we says and if we want to clean the room they will ask to inform before 10am if Not they won't clear the room without knowing this I have booked this room for 5days. Only they have One room boy if we ask anything he is shouting saying he have other works to do. Genuinely am saying my experience Hope this review will reach the management.
