The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Every request is done well. Places to eat are also close. Balapan Station is also just a few steps from the hotel so no need to worry if you are going to travel from Balapan Station. I recommend this place to stay when visiting Solo.

seeing staying here, I happened to get room 301, the toilet flush doesn't work, please check it, the towels are white but have lots of stains on them that look like they're old...so far the rest is good

The location is easy to reach from the station, close to the main road. The simple hotel is clean, the room is spacious, and there is hot and cold water. This is cool, but the toilet is a bit problematic. I appreciate the friendly staff and their quick response to customer complaints. There is no elevator, but the hotel staff helped me carry my suitcase. Thank you Twin Star.

I often go to this hotel during holidays, but lately the rooms don't smell as good as they used to, the bathrooms are dirty, the floors are dusty, and there's a lot of hair left behind. Just a suggestion, if the room is empty for a long time, please clean it again before guests use it. Thank you.
