Friendly staff, good service and hotel near Malioboro

The rooms, toilets and accommodation area are very clean and comfortable, the service is very satisfying.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is strategic, the homestay is very aesthetic, I definitely recommend it!🤩⭐

It's nice like being at home. Close to Malioboro (a short walk straight through Hamzah Batik). The lady and her husband were helpful and super nice from the moment we arrived until we got home from the inn (stayed 3 nights). We got a room that didn't have a bathroom (we used the outside bathroom) but the bathroom was sooooooooo clean. We could also do laundry so we didn't need laundry (we could buy soap sachets from the lady and borrow hangers to dry clothes). You were free to make coffee and tea, if you wanted to make noodles you could too because there was a shared kitchen. Towels and toiletries were provided. If we went to Jogja, we would stay here again. Unfortunately, the map points were stolen by other inns, so if you wanted to stay, just look for the Cordela Kartika Dewi Malioboro hotel, because it's right next to the Cordela hotel, but you have to go into the alley about ±10 meters. Cars can get in (yesterday we used an Innova to get in, it was also easy to turn around).

I was a bit frustrated when I found the place because the location on the map was way off. But the owner and her family were very friendly and pleasant. The room was quite clean and the towels smelled nice.

Very nice and clean. Mom and the whole family are welcoming and very homey. The place is in an alley next to the Cordela Kartika Hotel. Cars can fit in, and there's enough space for two cars. There are two bathrooms, a stove, a water dispenser, and a washing machine. If you're hungry at night, you can just buy instant noodles and snacks from Mom. So far, I'm very satisfied, and Mom is very helpful. Thank you, Mom and the beautiful sisters.

the owner is really generous, helpful and humble, the place is very clean and homey… also near to titik 0 the facilities are very complete. definitely recommend and will stay again 🫶🏼 the tips maybe you can put the location detail as in the access to go there and also put the right number on traveloka, i kind of confused at first because i can’t reach the customer service number. other than that perfectly fine for me and my mom

The place is comfortable, not noisy because it's a bit inside, but it's easy to order a motorbike taxi because it's close to the main road, a 5-minute walk to Malioboro. It's super clean, and I got it for around 100,000 rupiah yesterday.

It's a very comfortable place to stay, it feels like home. There's a shared kitchen, living room, terrace, you can borrow a hair dryer and straightener, and you can even help with the washing in the washing machine. The housekeepers are very kind, friendly, and the place is very clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go to Jogja. Thank you 🫶

Alhamdulillah, I was able to sleep comfortably for 3 nights in this room. The room was neat and clean. I could borrow a hair dryer and hair straightener. There was a kitchen where I could cook for myself. There was a shared refrigerator. It was very worth it at an affordable price. It was very close to Malioboro. The owner was very kind. Alhamdulillah, she helped me with everything. Thank you 🥰🥰
