I already said in the note that I wanted to check in early, but it was still not allowed and I was told to check in at 2 o'clock. It also smelled fishy when I entered the room, the food at the hotel tasted lacking, the wifi was also slow, there was no Netflix🙏 Please fix this.

deluxe booking but feel superior, sharia but not trustworthy (deluxe booking given superior), double bed but given twin. asked for extra bed but the room is not enough if given extra bed (cancel extra bed). I have complained on WA ... there is no explanation or apology. Unfortunately the hotel facilities are quite okay, but the receptionist gave a room that is not trustworthy, not according to the booking, I clearly heard one of the employees say superior when I checked in (even though I booked deluxe), and immediately the other employee changed the topic on purpose so that I couldn't hear it. booked again 1 night from another application also with deluxe given superior. very disappointed

Very strategic location in front of Tugu Station. Malioboro is only 200 meters away. Small room. Friendly staff and helpful security because parking is limited. Next to the hotel there is a motorbike rental place.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, varied and delicious breakfast, close to the city center/Malioboro, calm and Islamic atmosphere, every corner of the hotel has the sound of murotal which makes you calm. Thank you, always be successful UNISI.

Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is OK. Close to Malioboro and station. Cheap price for hotel access and facilities. Need to review for number of lifts and restaurant capacity because close to station, train traffic will be heard.

The staff are very friendly. Starting from security to officers in the lobby and cleaning staff The location is very strategic in front of Tugu Station right at the entrance to the Airport Train. Suitable for those who want to take the Airport Train Breakfast starts at 6 am but since my Airport Train is at 6. I request a take away breakfast at 5 am and can choose the menu. Alhamdulillah
