Pesan kamar standar double bed, tapi kamarnya full jadi diganti dengan kamar deluxe tapi twin bed yang disatukan 🙃 untung tidak dikenakan biaya. Semoga ke depannya lebih diperhatikan lagi mengenai kesesuaian ketersediaan kamar sebelum dijual ke konsumen. Sisanya bagus sih pelayanannya, fasilitasnya, harganya juga masih masuk lah 🙂

I booked from OTA and the receptionist said if you book from OTA check in time strickly will be at 2pm even if the room was ready. However, if you book direct to the hotel you can check in when ever you want. I don't know why! Really tired after 5 hours flight and it happens to me.

I stayed 3 nights, facilities such as coffee sachets should be provided every day, in fact they were only given on the first day. But the officers are friendly. The security guard too.
