The room was very comfortable and clean, and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was well worth it. The location is convenient, away from the noise, but not too far from the city center. If I return to Pekanbaru, I'll stay here again. The only downside is the limited parking space.

The mattress was very clean, with yellow stains and marker marks on it, and it should have been replaced with a new cover. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the lack of a non-smoking room left the room smelling of cigarettes.

Just checked in, but it seems like the facial tissues and shower gel haven't been refilled, as they're so few. Are hotel slippers also not available in all room types? I booked a superior double room but was given twin beds, and the receptionist didn't reconfirm the bed availability. Please improve the facilities.
